How to Enter
Meadows Chiropractic and Laser Center is raffling off a brand new Hypervolt 2 percussor gun!
Below is a list of action items necessary to enter into the raffle. Each item qualifies for a different amount of tickets. You can do as few or as many action items as you like! Some items have a limit.

Small Print
This raffle is available to anyone, you do not have to be a patient to enter.
The winner must be able to pick up this Hypervolt (we won't ship).
There are a couple of "Maximum entries", they are listed above.
Contest begins on Tuesday, May 9th
Drawing will be held on Monday, May 29th and will be a physical drawing with raffle tickets
Drawing will be a FB Live @ 1pm CST
Entries will be accepted until noon CST
If 300 entries are received, we will add a HyperVolt Venom Lumbar brace with percussion and heat to the raffle.
