If your policy covers chiropractic care, we can give you a superbill to submit for your out of network benefits. Please let us know if you need one. We do accept HSA, FSA, and Flex payments for care.

Fun fact: If you have a high deductible plan and have not met your deductible, your out of pocket cost should be the same no matter if you go in or out of network (dependent on what the office charges),Also, many plans have similar in and out of network benefits.
