NEW PATIENT EXPERIENCE

First Visit: Exam

On your new patient visit plan for 60 minutes so we have time to listen to your health goals and do a complete evaluation. On your first visit we do a detailed history, exam, and initial treatment to get you feeling better as quickly as possible.

Second Visit: Report and Findings

This visit is about 45 minutes and also includes your 2nd treatment.

We begin by going over your symptoms from the 1st visit and noting your improvements.

Next, we review any home care instructions to help accelerate your healing.

Finally, we review your in-office treatment plan created for you based on 1) your health history 2) your exam 3) your goals that you said that you wanted and 4) how you responded to your first treatment.

Third and Subsequent Visits

These are our regular visits, whether you coming in for a treatment plan (acute care) or maintenance care. These vary from 15 -30 minutes, depending on your treatment.

Re-Exams

As you heal, your health goals may change so it is important for us to check in on your progress and your health goals every 12 visit or 12 months, whichever comes first. This ensures you are on the best plan for you and you are either achieving or maintaining your health goals.

Cancelation Policy

Cancelation Policy:

Massage appointments require a 48-hour notice to cancel or change your appointment, all other appointments require a 24-hour notice to avoid being charged a $35 cancelation fee per service. There is a $55 cancelation fee for 90-minutes massages.

New Patient Cancelation Policy:

$60 deposits are required to hold new patient appointments. The $60 will be applied to the cost of your new patient appointment. Late cancelations or no shows forfeit the deposit.
