1 1/2-Hour Massage
Experience deep relaxation and rejuvenation with our 90-minute massage, tailored to release tension and promote healing. This extended session allows for a thorough, full-body treatment, leaving you feeling refreshed and restored.
30-Minute Stretch Therapy
Our stretch therapy is a guided, hands-on approach designed to improve mobility, reduce muscle tension, and support better movement patterns. Sessions focus on gently lengthening tight muscles and restoring flexibility to help relieve stiffness, improve range of motion, and enhance overall body function.
We also offer 60, 90, and 120 minute sessions.
