Meadows Chiropractic was born from the frustration of two chiropractors, Dr.s' Andrea Ellis and Frank Cox (dec.), over patient care and billing. Both had worked for other chiropractic offices and had reached a breaking point as it related to how little time they got to spend treating patients. It was strongly encouraged to only spend 2-3 minutes per patient for treatment. Numbers and quantity were the name of the game, not quality.
They both quit their salaried positions during the 2009 economic recession to strike out on their own. It was a hard time, as loans were scarce, but they started small. It’s hard to believe it’s been 10 years!
Our chiropractors and staff put your specific needs first. We are proud to provide a high quality level of customer service, Chiropractic experience, and commitment to health and wellness to all our patients. Our goal is to improve your lifestyle by caring for your health.

This technique is a system of analysis and adjustment for the full spine. Developed by Dr. J. Clay Thompson, the technique produces precise adjustments and high levels of patient comfort. This is a unique approach that was patented by Dr. Thompson in 1955 and is now used around the world. Individual cushions or “drop pieces” located along the table surface support each area of your spine until the chiropractic adjustment is delivered. Then, each drop piece gently gives way, reducing the amount of energy needed to move a specific spinal segment.

This technique is a chiropractic treatment using a device as an alternative to manual manipulation of the spine or extremity joints. The device is categorized as a mechanical force manual assisted (MFMA) instrument which is generally regarded as a softer chiropractic treatment technique. It is a small handheld, spring-loaded instrument which delivers a controlled and reproducible impulse to the spine. There is no "popping" or "clicking" of joints during the adjustment with this technique. We use Activator II instruments.
Our offices are located in One Glen Lakes building on Walnut Hill. In the neighborhood of Lake Highlands in Dallas, Texas.
